Oggi voglio parlarvi dei prodotti di questa linea che sto utilizzando per il lavaggio in lavatrice, in particolare sono l'ammorbidente concentrato e il detersivo liquido. Sono prodotti dall'azienda italiana Madel S.p.A., la stessa che produce i prodotti Winni's Naturel http://www.winnis.it/
Devo fare una premessa: questi prodotti NON sono certificati e non sono quindi propriamente definibili "Eco-Bio". Detto ciò, posso dire che mi sono trovata molto bene.
Bastano piccole dosi per avere un buon risultato e un bucato profumato anche a basse temperature.
Sulla confezione è inoltre riportato che NON sono testati sugli animali ( per me importantissimo!)

Vegan Recipes: Polenta e Bruscitt Vegan
Polenta e Bruscitt Vegan
Diffusa nella zona nord della Lombardia, la polenta e bruscitt è una specialità tipica di Busto Arsizio e di cui i bustocchi, i cittadini di Busto, sono molto orgogliosi.
Da buona lombarda, da papà Bustocco ma soprattutto vegana, non potevo che proporre una versione rivisitata di questo piatto gustoso.
La versione originale dei bruscitt prevede l'utilizzo di straccetti di manzo rosolati in padella che si lasciano cuocere a fuoco lento per un paio d’ore e vengono sfumati, a fine cottura, con vino rosso, solitamente Barbera, Nebbiolo o Barolo.
I bruscitt sono poi serviti con fumante polenta gialla, da intingere nel delizioso sughetto.

La polenta e bruscitt (vegan) è un piatto semplice ma dal sapore deciso e corposo, che ben si adatta alla stagione invernale!
Ingredienti:
Seitan 240 gr
Carota 1
Scalogno 1
Sedano Piccolo Gambo
Olio EVO Q.b
Vino rosso Mezzo bicchiere
Farina per Polenta veloce 200 gr
Brodo vegetale Mezzo bicchiere
Acqua 850 ml
Tempo esecuzione : 50 minuti
Facile
Procedimento:
Pulire la carota, il sedano, sbucciare uno scalogno; porre le verdure in un mixer tritando finemente il composto.
In una casseruola aggiungere olio EVO e il composto di verdure tritate, poi fare soffriggere.
In un mixer tritare il Seitan ed aggiungerlo al soffritto
Dopo aver fatto soffriggere anche il seitan con le verdure, sfumare il composto con mezzo bicchiere di vino rosso e regolare di sale ( se volete potete aggiungere anche un pizzico di paprika dolce). Fare cuocere per 15 minuti
Aggiungere mezzo bicchiere di brodo vegetale o acqua calda e cuocere per circa 20 minuti a fuoco lento.
In una pentola portare ad ebollizione 850 ml di acqua salata. Togliere dal fuoco la pentola e aggiungere a pioggia la farina della polenta ( farina per polenta veloce) mescolando attentamente affinché non si formino dei grumi. Terminata l’operazione, portare la pentola sul fuoco basso e mescolare e cuocere per 5 minuti.
Adagiare la polenta nel piatto e cospargere la superficie con i bruscitt vegan e il suo sughetto.

Oil EVO Q.b
½ cup red wine
Flour for Fast Polenta 200g
½ cup vegetable broth
Water 850 ml

Vegan Recipes: Vegan Brezel
Vegan Brezel
Anche se l' Oktoberfest è finita nessuno ci vieta di gustarci dei fragranti Brezel fatti in casa e rigorosamente vegan!
Il Brezel è un tipo di pane molto popolare tra le popolazioni di lingua tedesca, e quindi diffuso soprattutto in Germania, Austria, Svizzera e Alto Adige. A seconda delle regioni, viene detto anche Laugenbrezel, Pretzel, Pretzl, Brezeo Brezn.
I monaci davano i brezel come premio ai fanciulli che imparavano a memoria versi e preghiere della Bibbia. Furono chiamati per tal motivo pretiola, ovvero ricompensa, e poi italianizzati come brachiola. In seguito i pretiola attraversarono le Alpi e inGermania divennero conosciuti come Brezel. Prima consumati mezzi crudi, divennero tostati grazie a un fornaio che si addormentò sul posto di lavoro.
Ritratti in un libro di preghiere, si dice che fossero augurio di fortuna, prosperità e completezza spirituale. Divennero anche cibo pasquale in Germania nel 1450.
La leggenda racconta che i Brezel arrivarono nel nuovo mondo sulMayflower; è certo comunque che i brezel arrivarono in America nel 1710, grazie agli immigrati tedeschi.
Ingredienti:
250 gr di farina 00
1 cucchiaino di zucchero
1/2 bustina di lievito di birra
1 cucchiaino di sale
125 ml di acqua
20 gr di olio evo
3 cucchiai di bicarbonato
Tempo di esecuzione: 1 ora e 40 minuti
Facile
Procedimento:
Disporre la farina in una ciotola mettetevi al centro il lievito e lo zucchero, aggiungere l'acqua tiepida salata e impastare bene formando un panetto morbido. Fare lievitare per almeno 1 ora. A questo punto si possono formare circa 6 brezel arrotolando la pasta e annodandola su se stessa. Lasciare i brezel a riposare su un canovaccio o sulla carta da forno. Nel frattempo si porta ad ebollizione una pentola d’acqua (circa 2 l).
Una volta a bollore aggiungere il bicarbonato immergere delicatamente 2 brezel alla volta tirandoli fuori dopo 1 minuto: il bicarbonato li farà risultare lucidi.
Dopo aver fatto questo procedimento con tutti i brezel, disporli su di una teglia rivestita da carta forno, cospargere di sale grosso e infornare a 220° per 20 minuti. Fateli dorare bene bene!
Ecco il risultato!
Ovviamente gustateli sorseggiando della buona birra tedesca...

Oggi voglio parlarvi di due prodotti della linea Bio Bio Baby - Pilogen Carezza ( Made in Italy) con i quali mi sono trovata benissimo!
1) Crema Lenitiva alla calendula
La sua formulazione super lenitiva, con estratto biologico di calendula, burro di karitè, olio di jojoba e avocado idrata e protegge la pelle sensibile e delicata del viso e del corpo.
Nasce come crema bimbo ma io la utilizzo sia come crema corpo che come base trucco.
La consistenza è abbastanza corposa ma non unge e si assorbe con facilità.
E' ideale per:
- pelle delicata dei bambini
- lenire i rossori
- la pelle sensibile degli adulti
- prevenire le screpolature
- dopo l'esposizione al sole
- dopo la rasatura
- per lenire la pelle dopo la depilazione
- crema viso
- base trucco
Per chi ha una pelle grassa consiglio il prodotto in questa stagione che va verso l'inverno fino alla primavera.
