Sale aromatico

rosmarino essicato 1 cucchiaino
pepe nero mezzo cucchiaino
menta essicata mezzo cucchiaino
dragoncello un cucchiaino
bacche esotiche mezzo cucchiaino

Procedimento:

Aromatic salt

A process fast but with a yield surprising is the preparation of aromatic salt.
With just a few ingredients and you'll have your aromatic salt be added in salads or cooked. The most fun is that you can customize it to your tastes and aromas that you have in the kitchen. I have prepared well:

Salt 80gr up
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
half teaspoon black pepper
half teaspoon dried mint
a teaspoon tarragon
exotic berries half teaspoon

procedure:
pour salt in a container, add the spices, stir and close the container tightly.

It will keep for a long time.

Also it can be a nice gift idea for your guests or for the holiday in general.

DIY: Eco Bio Deodorant

I present to you one of my DIY creations to which they are most fond of because I use it every day with success.

It 'a simple deodorant that you can create with just 2 ingredients:

1) Baking Kitchen
2) Lavender essential oil (bio and food). I use Flora-Primavera oils  because are certificates and untested.

Fill a container the size of your choice with the baking soda. I use a glass and fill it halfway. Add 2-3 drops of essential oil (I use lavender but you can customize it according to your taste, such as geranium oil, orange, pink, cypress).
Stir the mixture with a teaspoon and your deodorant is done!

NB.
Be careful to use essential oils such as lemon, bergamot, cedar, grapefruit because they are photosensitive and may stain the skin on contact with sunlight
